Winery of the MomentParadigm HillTheir journey…. A paradigm shift for Ruth and George Mihaly saw them surrender their established careers in food (for viticulture – Ruth) and in medical research / drug development (for winemaking – George). Both Ruth and George have been passionate about food and wine since they first met in the’70’s. Their obsessive pursuit of quality and commitment to ecologically responsible practices ultimately led them to establish their perfect and environmentally sustainable vineyard/home site on the Mornington Peninsula. The overriding focus is on achieving balanced healthy vines producing exceptional low yielding fruit. Therefore, they have only estate grown wines - showing elegance and intensity - but always a purity of varietal expression for each of their four wines - Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. Their journey continues…. Riesling

persistence of the wine. Pinot Noir

On the palate - voluptuousness and generosity of flavours, with a complexity of character that invites you to explore and discover more!
Grown on a tiny yet very special 5 rows in the vineyard,
hence 'Les

wine offers elegant layers of subtle fragrance with alluring floral and
red cherry perfume leading to enticing and pretty flavours on the palate.
Softness combines with structural assertivness to define a character seeking
to be explored and a complexity and delicious palate to be enjoyed. Shiraz

classically, an elegant yet intense palate. White pepper, spice and red
stone fruit plus hints of toasty character are all part of the complex
